USDA's Rural Energy Saving Program
Buckeye Energy Brokers can offer assistance to gain financing for projects from $5,000 to $100,000 with low interest rates. Eligible project examples include interior and exterior lighting, windows and doors, insulation, and HVAC. Other renewable energy projects such as geothermal and solar water heating systems are also eligible.

Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE)
For larger projects at commercial properties, Buckeye Energy Brokers can offer assistance to gain financing for projects from $100,000 to $500,000 through the PACE lending program. Eligible PACE candidates include office, industrial, retail, hotel, multi-family, and non-profit candidates.
